When Gman was young he lived in the town of Bremerton as his father was stationed at the naval base. We drove through the town in search of the neighborhood in which Gman had lived, however, the old base-housing had all been torn down and replaced with new houses.

We stopped at the Evergreen Rotary Park to get a better look at the USS Turner Joy, a Naval Destroyer that is located on the Bremerton Boardwalk close to the Seattle Ferry Terminal. Unfortunately, we didn't get to tour the USS Turner Joy as we needed to make our way farther north-west to the Olympic National Park.
